– The habit is more common at higher education and higher intelligence of the person, but that could be explained maybe by better access to internet, environmental variables or less emotional intelligence.

– Pedophiles and perverts show pornography to victims to excite them and reduce inhibition.

– The dynamics of a romantic relationship changes if one partner views pornography.

– Viewing pornography decreases the brain’s gray matter.  It is more dangerous in children because they are still developing.

– 47% of US households report that pornography is a problem in their home.

– When a woman discovers that her partner sees pornography, develops a negative perception of herself, of her partner, and of the relationship.  She considers it a betrayal, and suffers almost the same symptoms of someone experiencing infidelity.

– Those who view porn are more accepting of infidelity.

– After viewing pornography, people consider marriage a less important and a less essential institution.

– Those who view pornography diminish their desire to have children.

– Addiction to Internet pornography contributes significantly to separation and divorce.
